SILVER STAIN KIT
Silver stain kits are used to intensify the signal from the gold particles by depositing a silver shell on the gold particles creating an intense macroscopic black image. These kits are mainly used in microscopy and blotting techniques.The kit is made up of two solutions which when combined provide a light insensitive developer activated by the presence of gold and producing a silver deposit at the location of the gold.
