Ordering

Orders can be placed on-line using the payment gateway or by email using a purchase order. All orders placed by a Customer are deemed an offer to purchase the product and will be confirmed by Nano Biosols Ltd. 
Any UK customer who is VAT exempt for the use of the product  must supply a purchase order with a separate VAT exemption certificate with the order by email. Examples of certificates are available on the www.gov.uk website.
Products will be supplied from stock, subject to availability, or within 7 working days. Customers will be informed if these arrangements need to be changed.

Prices and Payment

The on-line payment gateway allows purchase in three currencies (sterling, euros or dollars). The price in euros or dollars will depend on the exchange rate on the day of purchase as determined by the WorldPay payment gateway. All prices of the products do not include VAT. Delivery charges will also be added.
If purchases are made using a Purchase Order then payment is required no later than 30 days after receiving the invoice.

Delivery Policy
Deliveries will be subject to the availability of products and we will endeavour to ship within 7 working days of receipt of an order. If orders necessitate split shipments of goods we will contact the customer to establish their preference.
Delivery outside the UK will be by courier and dispatched using the Harmonised System codes 3822.00 or 2843.00 to describe the products as appropriate.

Refund and Return Policy
Customers placing an order will be deemed to have entered into a contract with us.
Customers can cancel the contract at any time within 7 days of receiving the products and will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. They must inform us immediately by e-mail with reasons for the return within the 7 days allowed and return the product in the same condition as it was received and at their own cost.


Products and services

Our products are sold for research purposes and not for therapeutic or diagnostic use. A full description of product details is available on the website. Where we provide the service of custom preparation, we do so in good faith and we endeavour to provide material as requested by the customer, but there may be some reduction in the activity of modified biological material.
