If you want to develop point of care lateral flow tests to help combat Covid19 we can help you.
Gold nanoparticles labelled with anti-SARS Cov 2 antibody (spike or nucleocapsid protein) for an antigen test or labelled with a recombinant protein of the spike or nucleocapsid proteins ( for the antibody test) are required.
We can make custom preparations of these conjugates for your test development program.
Initially we will make a small batch for you to optimise your test. If satisfied we can then scale up to your requirements.
Custom conjugates can be by made in one of two ways
- The customer supplies the protein/antibody of their choice and and we will couple it to our gold. This is the cheaper option as you only pay for the conjugation process. The minimum amount of material required is 100 micrograms. Prices start from £20/ ml. Minimum order of 20 ml.
- We can source the antibody / protein of your choice on your behalf and produce the conjugate for you. Enquire with the details of the protein / antibody of choice and we will endeavour to locate it and quote you a price. We can also advise on this. Prices for this service are variable depending on the antibody of choice.
- Bulk orders can be made once the customer is satisfied and wishes to scale up.
