Quanti-Gold is an assay kit for quick and simple quantification of cellular uptake of gold nanoparticles without the need for sophisticated hardware like mass spectrometers. It is ideal as a simple screening method to see how your cells and gold nanoparticles interact. The kit comes complete with reagents, blotting membranes, gold nanoparticle standards. All you need is a smartphone to produce a digital image which is used for quantifying the gold content by image analysis.
